The Baffle Ceiling Roll Forming Production Line is equipped the punch metal 

sheet and acoustic fleece to bring the best acoustic effects for our customers. 

This production line is very suitable for making metal ceilings for big places like the 

airports, railway stations, underground stations etc.

From the choose of raw material, this line mainly uses pre-painted aluminum 

or pre-painted Gi Steel as raw materials. 

Thickness of the material will be a bit more for the sake of the hardness of final 

baffle ceiling products.

The follow shearing machine of this production line allows it has 30m/min 

production speed maximum. It is hydraulic powered and adjustable for different 

length of products. 

Also need to do adjustment for the height of cutting blade when specification of 

baffle ceilings are changed.

With carriers production line, these 2 kinds of products can combine into a full 

acoustic baffle ceiling system.
